Notes: The New Hampshire Prehnite pales in comparison to specimens from Massachusetts and Connecticut. Specimens from this Merrimack, NH road cut are about the best the author has seen. Smaller crystal groups from Mine Falls Park, Nashua and the Rt. 101- Rt. 101A road cut, Amherst, have better form under magnification.
