Identification method: Visual. Species reported from this locality. The EDS plots below are of similar specimens from the Mascot Mine. Although these plots are from qualitative analyses, it is the best reproducible data known to the author. The plots may be useful as a comparative reference for future analysis of specimens from this locality. Elements sodium and lighter do not give a response the instruments. The first analysis was performed by Dr. Eugene Foord of the U.S.G.S. on a specimen provided by Bob Janules. The second analysis was performed by Excalibur Minerals on a specimen provided by Art Smith. The third analysis was performed by the SEM lab at the University of New Orleans on a specimen provided by Bob Janules.
